We know Savannah got a perfect home. Beth also has a Corgi named Matthew, so he has a new friend to play with. Savannah is by Jackson and out of Syd. Not to mention her good looking friend "Matthew" who graciously welcomed her into his home and shared his mommy...Thanks Elizabeth for sharing. She looks great!!!     Since Savannah is now 9 months old, Elizabeth was thoughtful and has shared up to date photos with us. Savannah is the most wonderful combination of "Mama's sweet baby girl" and "awnry little comedian." She is so full of personality and has so much to say! She's a real talker. She is forever making me giggle with the various vocal sounds she makes. She has also turned out to be a bit of a bully with Matthew. When she's ordering him around, I can hear my late husband whispering in my ear, "Isn't that just like a woman...running her mouth." If he were here, he would no doubt say to Matthew, "Comeon son, we better go in the other room where it's safe." I'd like to say a big thank you to Beth for loving Savannah and staying in touch. Newest pictures of Savannah below! Savannah is gorgeous at one year old. Doesn't that little face just make you wanna pucker up? Savannah has a hard life. I have placed many a smooch on that sweet little head. I'm lucky to have such an alert guard team! Matthew watches for alligators, bears and tigers from the north. Savannah watches for hippos, elephants and sharks from the west. I took some pictures to commemorate Savannah's first birthday today. She is just beautiful and so much fun! Savannah is the perfect companion for Matthew, who has tended to be rather quiet and clingy since my husband's death. Savannah serves as his daily "pick-me-up." She won't let him just lay around all day. She badgers him until he gets up to play. They then have a ball chasing each other until they both collapse for a nap.
